Giving the Cold Shoulder

 

Hey everyone! who’s ready for Christmas?! I’m just about done with my Christmas shopping and accidentally bought a couple things for myself. That’s not so wrong is it? One thing I absolutely LOVE about fall and winter is wearing cozy sweaters. Who’s with me? Sadly living in Southern California, I don’t get the chance often. So when a slight breeze even blows my way, I make a mad dash toward my closet. For those of you that don’t know, I am originally from Northern California where the seasons actually change. I have TON’s of sweaters from my past mountain life! And I always buy more forgetting that I now live in Huntington Beach and the weather doesn’t reach below 70 degrees. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining, I just have a momentary lapse of judgement anytime I see a cozy sweater. My sweater above is new and one of my favorites styles! I love the true teal color because it is so unique. I also love that its an off the shoulder look which is very on trend. I’m not 100% crazy about the material because it gets a little itchy when I’m hot, but I have to say its very sturdy material. Off the shoulder sweaters are great with either a strapless bra to fully show off your shoulder or a lacy bralette to add a little sass. I also like my sweaters to run a little longer so that I can pair them with some leggings or high waisted jeans for a slimmer look.
