Dressing Up a T-Shirt Dress

Hi Friends! Today I’m going to show you my favorite ways to dress up a T-shirt dress and I’ll keep it short and sweet. First of all I love love love my T-shirt dress! Is a cotton stretchy material that I could just live in, and because it’s black it goes with everything. You can dress this up or down and believe me this is not the last time you’ll see this dress on my blog. And again, you can click on anything italicized to shop the look.

Since I was going to catch lunch with some girlfriends I decided I’d dress up a bit but still wanted to be comfortable. Que a T-shirt dress like This or like this one .  I love the one from Lulu’s because it hug’s your body a little more AND you get 10% off your first order. I then pair my dress with a cute Kimono like this or this one. Both very sweet and under $25! I like the kimono because it’s light but it gives the dress so much extra. If I am dressing up I also like to pair the dress with a nice wedge. Mine are Steve Madden and I got them at Marshalls, but I really like black wedges like this or this. Wedges are more comfortable than heels yet still as dressy. Since it’s been so hot, I chose the kimono but if it were cold and I still wanted to be a little more dressed up, I’d pair this with a nice leather jacket and some ankle booties with a heel. Don’t worry that post will be coming a little later. I hope you feel comfortable enough to get a t-shirt dress of your own. I promise you won’t regret it. As always, leave a comment and tell me what you think!

Love, Felicia
